LandOpt Professional Development is unique from standard corporate training, which narrowly focuses on relaying information for a specific job skill. LandOpt assists in developing the roles within an organization and provides unlimited access to training for our network. Each participant is empowered with the responsibilities and accountability to deliver success.
Web-based training for sales, business management, operations management, and human resources is conducted on a weekly basis for team members within the network. This kind of consistent and non-evasive training provides continuous improvement of our Green Industry professionals.
Transformation Training provides the foundation as a Powered by LandOpt organization proceeds through the transformation into a company that functions on proven systems. The training is an overall view of the LandOpt business operating system and its implementation into the Licensee’s existing business. This course explores the key components of the business operating system; Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Business Management and Operations Management.

LandOpt conducts webcasts to support roles within the Nationwide Network. Weekly Sales Community webcasts are conducted by the Sales Success Coach and focus on a broad range of topics, and promote network collaboration through role plays and peer evaluation. Other webcasts are conducted by LandOpt subject matter experts and provide educational reinforcement of all products, services and processes for multiple roles throughout the network.
