An Educational Workshop for Prospective Members

 

August 1-2, 2022 Nashville, Tennessee

Every year, LandOpt hosts a four-day educational event for members that brings together some of the industry's top contractors. For the first time, prospective members are being given an opportunity to participate in a portion of the program. It will be held at The Greathouse Company, recipient of LandOpt's 2022 President’s Award. Attendees will hear how Greathouse quickly grew its business from $2.5 million in 2014 to more than $10 million in 2021 while building a positive workplace environment that empowers each team member.

Designed to help contractors improve their profitability, the program will include workshops on organizational structure, increasing sales, staffing and building a culture of accountability. The event, which will include a tour of Greathouse's facilities, will provide attendees with a unique opportunity to strengthen their business, as well as learn first-hand the benefits of LandOpt membership. There will be plenty of networking, fun and, of course, barbecue at one of Nashville's favorite restaurants.

Cost: $500, includes registration, Monday night cocktails, dinner and social event, and Tuesday lunch.
